Your home manual
A house remembers nothing.
Your home manual does.
WHL Residence establishes a private record of the house you actually own: what’s installed, what’s under warranty, and who serviced what and when. Our team prepares the record and you control it. It grows for as long as you live in the home, and at sale you can hand it to the next owner.

The problem
The manual you threw away.
Most of what you need to know about your home lives nowhere in particular. It’s scattered across old emails, a drawer of appliance manuals, a text thread with an electrician, and a folder you meant to make and never did.
- The manual that went in the recycling during the move.
- The paint color nobody wrote down, so every touch-up is a guess.
- The model number on a sticker behind an appliance nobody wants to pull out.
- The contractor's invoice, buried three scrolls deep in an inbox from two years ago.
- The warranty that quietly expired because no one was tracking it.
- The plumber's number, saved in a phone that isn't yours anymore.
Inside your home manual
Everything about the house, in one place.
Eight modules cover what an owner actually needs to track. Each one grows as you use it.

Astra Intelligence
Ask your home a question.
Every new home manual includes Astra Intelligence, the AI layer built by Werner Harmonic Labs, for a full year, renewing at $249 a year for the standard home manual and $495 a year for estate-level service after the included period. Ask a plain question and get an answer sourced from this home’s own records, not a guess, and not a generic article. Astra tells confirmed home information apart from document evidence you have not yet approved, and it never changes the record on its own.
“What HVAC filter does this home use, and when was it last replaced?”
The downstairs system uses a 20 × 25 × 1 filter. The most recent replacement was recorded on May 12. The next replacement is recommended this month.
Source · Home Systems, HVAC (Downstairs)
Astra answers from this home’s own records and shows the source for each answer. It is not a licensed professional, and when a question calls for one it says so.
Access & privacy
You control who gets in.
Every registered address receives one secure home manual. The current homeowner controls who is authorized to see the record. During a controlled pilot, WHL provisions approved access for household members and trusted professionals when appropriate.
Records are private by default. Nothing is visible beyond the access the homeowner has authorized.
Household members
The people who live in the home with you.
Trusted professionals
A contractor, agent, or vendor you choose to let in, for as long as you choose.
Future owners
The next owner, when you decide the time is right.
When you sell
You can transfer the record when you sell.
A home manual doesn’t end at closing. When you sell, the home record can be transferred to the next owner instead of starting from zero. You start the transfer, the buyer accepts it, and nothing moves before then.
How transfer worksAfter handover
What happens once the record is yours.
WHL Residence establishes the manual as a service. From then on it is yours.

We establish the record
You send what exists: plans, manuals, warranties, service records, vendor contacts. We organize it into the manual and follow up on what is missing.
You take control
The manual is yours from the day it is delivered. You decide who can see it, and information found in your documents joins the record only once you approve it.
It keeps growing
Log a service visit, upload a new warranty, note a renovation. Most of the value comes later, from a record you added months ago.
You can transfer it when you sell
When you sell, the home record can be transferred to the next owner instead of starting from zero. Nothing moves until you start the transfer and the buyer accepts it.
Documents can be read and structured automatically, but nothing suggested from a document becomes part of the home’s official record until you approve it.
