A house remembers nothing.
The furnace was serviced in March. The hallway is painted Classic Gray. The plumber who knows where the shutoff is has his number in someone's old phone. When the house sells, all of it leaves with the seller.

Our team prepares each manual from the records that already exist and keeps the information organized around the residence as it changes.

Preparation
How a manual is prepared.
You send what exists.
Drawings, warranties, manuals, service records and the names of the people who look after the house. It does not need to be sorted first.
We prepare the record.
Our team organizes the material and reviews anything that needs clarification. Information read from a document remains suggested until the homeowner confirms it.
The homeowner receives it.
The finished manual is private. The homeowner decides who else may see it. An engraved metal address card can be included with the handover.
It stays with the house.
Service visits, repairs and improvements are added as the years pass. When the home is sold, the owner can hand the record to the next owner with its history and sources intact.

Engagement
Each manual is scoped to the property.
Astra is included for the first year. It then renews at $249 a year, or $495 for estate-level service. The manual stays readable whether or not Astra is renewed.
